- Provide accurate pricing and billing information
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

- Pay applicable charges on time
- Use the platform lawfully

6. Payments & Billing
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.Agencies remain responsible for customer collections.Volimy is not liable for customer payment defaults.Payment gateway charges may apply.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, branding, logos, interfaces, designs, and technology remain the exclusive property of Volimy.Users may not:

- Reverse engineer
- Redistribute
- Resell
- Modify platform software
without written permission.
8. Data Ownership
Users retain ownership of their business and customer data.By using Volimy, users grant Volimy permission to process such data solely for service delivery purposes.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or force majeure events may affect availability.
